General terms and conditions

1. Voucher is strictly for airtime offer & cannot be exchanged for any other offer or cash.
2. Offer is available only for Safaricom users.
3. Airtime will only be sent to the registered mobile number.
4. Offer is applicable and valid only three times per user, per mobile number.
5. Hola/partnering agency are not responsible for any loss of voucher.
6. Badly scratched surface will not be exchanged.
7. This promotion is a shopper promotion. Employees, retailers, wholesalers or distributors of Hola & partnering agency are not allowed to participate in the promotion.
